Happy Birthday, Harry Potter—We Loved When You Wore This

I imagine that whenever Harry Potter wakes up on his birthday, Ron is right there to look him lovingly in the eye and say "Happy birthday, Harry," in the same sweet tone he said, "Happy Christmas, Harry" in The Sorcerer's Stone. Clearly, I think about Harry Potter and the dream world of wizardry he lived in quite often. Some might even say too often, but I've learned to live with my level of Harry Potter nerddom. In honor of Harry Potter's birthday, (which is today, in case you haven't already guessed it), I decided to talk about something very near and dear to my heart—Harry's best fashion moments throughout the films.

I know Harry wasn't known for his stellar style, especially with characters like Luna Lovegood and Olympe Maxime stealing the show with their confection-inspired gowns and ornate accessories, but that's not to say Harry's wardrobe was a one-trick pony filled with nothing but his Gryffindor robes. Ahead, follow along as I take you through 10 of my low-key favorite outfits worn by The Boy Who Lived. In case you ever feel like re-creating these looks on your own, I shopped out a key piece from each ensemble so you can feel closer to Harry on this special day. Harry, have a glass of butterbeer on us—you deserve it.

Here's Harry in the scene I just talked about—Christmas morning in the Gryffindor common rooms with his best friend, Ron. Ron's mum sent both him and Harry matching sweaters with each of their initials knitted into them, and if that's not friendship, I don't know what is.
Available in sizes 38 to 44.
If we're going to be talking about incredible Harry Potter outfits, we can't skip over this scene, The Battle of the Seven Potters, in The Deathly Hallows Part I. Here, The Order of the Phoenix attempted to fly Harry out of danger, so everyone used Polyjuice Potion to transform themselves different versions of Harry in hopes of confusing Lord Voldemort. If only Harry's style could have always been this diverse.
Available in sizes O/S.
The Yule Ball in The Goblet of Fire was an iconic scene filled with some of the best fashion moments throughout the entire movie series. While Ron got stuck with ancient and embarrassing dressing robes, Harry managed to look quite dapper in his tuxedo.
Available in sizes FR34 to FR40.
You probably missed this one, but just days prior to leaving on his quest to find and destroy all the Horcruxes, Harry rocked a purple velvet vest… like are you joking? So dope.
Available in sizes IT40 to IT44.
It wouldn't be a Harry Potter outfit roundup without at least one shot of his Quidditch uniform.
What else does one wear into the restricted section of the library in search of intel on Nicholas Flamel other than a chunky red sweater and khakis? Chic, Harry. Chic.
Available in sizes XS to XL.
I honestly wear this outfit combination once a week. And now I am reminded that Harry rocked the same 'fit while braving the Forbidden Forest.
Available in sizes 0 to 14.
Here's his uniform in all its glory. Three points for Gryffindor!
Available in sizes S to XXL.
Ever notice how cool the uniforms were for not just Harry but all the competitors in the Triwizard Tournament? Well, yeah, they were cool.
Available in sizes XS to L.
Harry's dad style was honestly a step up. He wore a floral button-down underneath his blazer for heaven's sake. Wicked chic.
Available in sizes XS to L.

Next up, check out Jennifer Aniston rocking flip-flops.
